Do you want to work in a technical and dynamic environment where structure, coordination, and service are important parts of the operations? We now have a position for you. We are looking for a structured and collaborative Planning Officer for the Flight Technical Unit (FTE) who wishes to contribute to the unit's overall planning activities, primarily regarding wartime unit planning.
The Flight Technical Unit belongs to the Helicopter Wing in Linköping but has operations in three locations. The role of Planning Officer is part of the staff and is based in Linköping.
Main Responsibilities
The role of Planning Officer plays a crucial part in the unit. The work involves analyzing and processing the current situation, as well as incoming changes, to implement these within the organization.
You must be able to create an overview of future phases to generate orders and decision support materials for the unit's leadership. Writing orders and producing other documents is a central task, requiring the ability to express yourself well both verbally and in writing, as well as understanding what is important in higher command orders, directions, and directives.
As the unit is newly established, you as a Planning Officer have the opportunity to influence your role, both based on leadership needs and your own professional expertise.
Qualifications
- Professional Officer (Yrkesofficer)
- Valid driver's license for passenger cars
- Current experience leading or participating in projects
- Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
Personal Attributes
We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and analytical. You have good collaboration skills while being able to work independently and take initiative. The role requires the ability to prioritize tasks even during periods of high tempo.

- Experience with staff work at wing, battalion, or squadron level
