About the Role

As a Project Manager within building services, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on projects from initial contact to final delivery.

The role is varied and spans several parts of the projects, from financial follow-up and planning to customer dialogue and production control. You drive projects with a focus on structure, quality, and economics, while working closely with the customer and developing the business over time.

You will also play a key role in establishing HEBAB's presence in Västerås. This means you will actively work on developing customer relationships, creating new business, and contributing to establishing the company as a natural local partner.

You have overall responsibility for leading internal resources and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring that projects are carried out in a professional and efficient manner.

Your mission in brief:

• Drive building service projects and smaller contracts with responsibility for quality, time, and economy
• Handle customer dialogue throughout the project
• Identify business opportunities and develop assignments
• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, and resources
• Ensure a structured and profitable delivery

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a clear business sense and is driven by creating results
• Is self-reliant and takes responsibility for your projects
• Thrives in customer dialogue and builds trusting relationships
• Has experience in project management within building services, renovation, or similar
• Has a good understanding of economics, calculation, and follow-up
• Is confident in your leadership and has the ability to lead teams
