Responsibility for growth, results, and the development of our digital business

Erna Media is undergoing a clear transition where our business is increasingly digital. We are now looking for a Head of Reader Business who wants to take overall responsibility for our subscription business – with a focus on growth, profitability, and continued development. This is a role for you who are driven by business, thrive with responsibility, and want to work closely with both strategy and execution.

The Role
As Head of Reader Business, you lead and develop our entire subscription business. You report to the CEO and are part of the management team at Erna Media. You have overall responsibility for a business that accounts for a large part of the company's revenue, and you lead through your managers in marketing, product, and customer service. The role involves clear responsibility for results, budget, and follow-up – but also for setting direction and getting the organization on board.

The Business Forward
We have a clear ambition to stand on our own digital feet by 2030. To get there, we continue to develop our subscription business, strengthen customer relationships, and work more data-driven in our offers and activities. You will become an important part of this work and will collaborate closely with our partners, including Bonnier News and Gota Media, where you will help further develop joint offers such as +Allt.

• driving digital development forward
• leading and developing the organization through your managers
• monitoring results, analyzing outcomes, and ensuring forward direction
• identifying new business opportunities and turning them into action

Who You Are
We are looking for a leader who is secure in their role and motivated by creating results together with others. You have experience leading through others, are accustomed to taking responsibility for business and budget, and have a good understanding of how customer, business, and digital development are interconnected. Experience from consumer business is valuable, but you do not necessarily need to come from the media industry.
