Are you a Head Chef who loves to build AND manage?

On behalf of our client, Four Service is now looking for a Head Chef for an exciting new opening in central Stockholm. The restaurant opens in October, but your journey begins in early September.

This is an opportunity for you if you want to be involved from the start and put your mark on something new – where menus, working methods, purchasing, and details are shaped before the doors open to guests.

Behind this venture is an established restaurant company with existing operations and solid experience in hospitality management. During your initial period, you will work in one of their existing restaurants – both to get accustomed to the operations and to help fine-tune the concept ahead of the opening.

About the Role

As Head Chef, you work operationally within the business and are a natural leader in the kitchen. You are where the action is – in the cooking, the leadership, and on the floor during service – while time for administration is scheduled before and after operating hours.

• Menu development and concept development prior to opening
• Purchasing and planning
• Operational management and service leadership
• Team leadership and development of the kitchen team
• Quality, structure, and daily follow-up

We believe you…

• Have experience as a Head Chef or in another leading role in a restaurant kitchen
• Feel confident with fish and shellfish – the restaurant has a clear focus in this segment
• Enjoy operations and like to lead by being present
• Are curious, engaged, and see the value in building long-term
• Have the ability to combine structure with energy and pace
