About the Department

We are looking for a first-line manager for our merged Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN) department, with a focus on gynecology. These four managers collaborate closely to promote uniform working methods within women's healthcare. We also strive for broad competence among our staff to utilize our resources where they are needed most, as our operations are dynamic.

The Women's Clinic consists of: 24/7 operations (delivery and OB/GYN ward), as well as outpatient services (postnatal clinic, postpartum clinic, specialized maternal care, gynecological clinics in Falun and Mora, and counseling services). We perform gynecological surgeries at C-op, DKF, as well as at our gynecological clinics. In total, approximately 270 people work within women's healthcare. The role requires a good ability to lead change, create engagement, and build cooperation across operational boundaries and between different professions. You need to thrive in a leadership style characterized by dialogue, trust, and close collaboration with fellow managers to drive the operations forward together.

The position involves a time-limited managerial appointment with permanent employment in the basic profession.
