As Operations Manager, you will have a leadership role for the operations staff and are ultimately responsible for the operation and maintenance of the properties in Sollentuna Center.

• Responsible for and lead the daily operation and maintenance of assigned buildings

• Lead and coordinate ongoing and planned repairs as well as maintenance work

• Procure, lead, and coordinate projects and follow up on these

• Responsible for ensuring regulatory requirements are met, including fire safety

• Ongoing contact with tenants

• Create operation and maintenance budgets, as well as perform forecasts and follow-ups

• Follow up and analyze statistics regarding media consumption

• Responsible for operational optimization of e.g., indoor climate, energy consumption, and operating hours

• Building technical and plumbing installation technical issues are an important part of the work, as our properties have many different technical systems.

The work involves being responsible for efficient operation and follow-up of fault reports, supervision, and maintenance, analysis, and action planning. You are also responsible for quality follow-up of subcontractors.

In the work at Sollentuna Center, you will have contact with many people, tenants, suppliers, contractors, visitors, colleagues. Therefore, it is important to be service-oriented and have good social competence. It is important that you have initiative, see what needs to be done, and are efficient in your work.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who preferably have experience in a similar role. You have several years of property technology experience and a great interest in properties and technology. You have knowledge of technical installations such as ventilation, electricity, plumbing installations, control and regulation as well as energy and climate issues. As a foundation, you have a technical or property-oriented education from high school and with further education from university college or equivalent. You express yourself well in Swedish and have good computer skills.
