About the Role

As a District Sales Manager, you play a central role in developing and managing our flower departments for grocery customers in your district.

Your workday begins at Blomsterboda in Vallentuna, where you assemble the day's assortment for delivery to your stores. In-store, you are responsible for ensuring the flower department is always appealing, well-stocked, and fresh. You handle deliveries, product care, pricing, and cleaning, serving as our face to the store and the customer.

We are looking for someone who

• Is motivated by a fast pace and responsibility
• Has an eye for color, shape, and sales
• Enjoys customer contact and service
• Is solution-oriented, structured, and self-motivated
• Thrives on early mornings and varied workdays
• Experience from the grocery retail sector is a plus

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid B-driver's license (required)
• Retail experience is an advantage
