We are now looking for dedicated assistant nurses for one of our special accommodation facilities in Kinda Municipality, located in Kisa. The work involves care and support work with wonderful colleagues and the individual's needs at the center.

Welcome to Bergdala!
Bergdala Elderly Care Home consists of 71 apartments and is divided into 8 departments. Bergdala has 4 departments focused on dementia, 3 departments focused on somatic care, and one department with short-term care and near-care places. There are good bus and train connections to Kisa. There are also parking facilities near the elderly care home.

Job Description:

In the role, you meet people with different needs and build trusting relationships through professional and respectful treatment. You collaborate with users, relatives, and colleagues to create the best possible conditions in daily life.
The tasks are varied and include, among other things, performing approved interventions, working as a contact person, documenting according to SoL and HSL, and performing delegated health and medical care interventions from licensed personnel.

What we expect from you:
We prefer that you are trained as an assistant nurse, or alternatively, other education that the employer deems equivalent. Post-secondary education is meritorious, e.g., specialist training in dementia or geriatric psychiatry. Previous work in elderly care and dementia is also meritorious.

We expect you to have personal and professional maturity with good self-awareness. You have a positive attitude and see your obvious responsibility to contribute to a good work climate. You are happy to share your knowledge and experience while being open and willing to learn from others. You are sensitive and open to seeing our users' needs and have great respect for your fellow human beings. Since the role requires great flexibility, it is important that you adapt easily to new situations and handle changes during the workday in a positive way.

It is important that you have good computer skills and documentation abilities, as well as the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Personal suitability is given great weight.
