We at Attendo are now looking for casual staff (hourly employees) for Hagalund nursing home in Linköping.

Hagalund is a nursing home with 48 beds, specializing in somatic care and dementia.

The facility is centrally located and operated by Attendo on behalf of Linköping Municipality. In addition to the operations manager and deputy operations manager, the team consists of nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and care assistants.

About the role

As a casual staff member with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our residents. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our residents. Creating a positive and social atmosphere for our residents is a major part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that brighten the daily lives of our elderly.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Personal care according to the facility's routines, based on the resident's individual needs and wishes.
• Assisting with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed.
• Performing documentation and working based on decided interventions.
• Collaborating with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Care assistant education of at least 800 credits (p).
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills/computer literacy.

Merits:

• Experience from care work in elderly care/home help services.
• Experience with delegation of medical tasks.
