Job Description
As a physiotherapist at Department K129, you have overall therapeutic responsibility for our patients on both the ward and the Central Intensive Care Unit (CIVA). You plan, implement, and follow up on physiotherapeutic interventions and are an active part of the team surrounding the patient.
You follow the burn patient's entire care journey – from intensive care to finished treatment – and are also responsible for the physiotherapy of inpatients in plastic and hand surgery.
The work is varied and includes both inpatient care and outpatient clinic work. You participate in the Burns Clinic and the Facial Palsy Clinic and work within our three National Highly Specialized Care assignments (NHV): burns, facial palsy, and gender-affirming surgery.
You collaborate closely with other professions and seek support from other physiotherapists and occupational therapists as needed to ensure the best possible care.
About You
We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and want to take an active and independent role in a complex and developing care environment.
You:
- Are confident, self-reliant, and take responsibility for your patients
- Have good collaboration skills and thrive in a team
- Take initiative and contribute to the development of the unit
- Have a professional and patient-focused approach
It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with intensive care, surgery, or burn care.
