E.ON Local Network Business is in a crucial phase of development. We are responsible for the electricity grid that delivers power to one million customers across Sweden every day, and we need to continue developing, strengthening, and managing it in line with the energy transition.

Within Project & Infrastructure, we drive investments, expansion, and long-term management of the local networks. We are now looking for a Group Manager for Norrköping, a role for you who wants to lead a team in a business with significant social responsibility, local presence, and an important role in the development of the future electricity grid.

Your Role
As Group Manager Local Network Norrköping, you lead a team of 10 employees consisting of project managers, maintenance engineers, and documentation engineers. You have overall responsibility for the local network in your geographical area and ensure that investment and maintenance projects are carried out according to plan, budget, and technical requirements.

You are responsible for creating clarity, driving the business forward, and continuing to develop a team with strong competence and good delivery capability. In the role, you work closely with both projects, maintenance, and documentation, and drive development with a focus on digitalization, efficiency, and improved working methods.

The role involves many contact surfaces internally, with local contractors, and externally with larger customers and municipalities. In Norrköping, E.ON has a significant establishment, and you will become an important representative of the business locally. Here, your leadership plays a central role in creating security, direction, and engagement in everyday life.

Your Experience
We are looking for you who have experience of leadership in a technical business and who thrive in a role with responsibility, progress, and many contact surfaces. You preferably have experience from energy, infrastructure, contracting, project business, or another related industry. We also appreciate that you have a technical educational background, or equivalent experience.

You do not necessarily need to have had formal managerial responsibility previously, but we see that you have clear leadership experience and confidence in creating direction, making decisions, and driving issues forward. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for delivery, follow-up, and collaboration with both internal and external parties.

As a leader, you are straightforward, clear, and confident in yourself. You enjoy open and honest dialogue, build trust, and make people want to contribute. When challenges arise, you meet them with calm and a solution focus, while also having a forward-looking working approach and a desire to develop the business together with others.
