The Workplace

This position is within the elderly care sector, located at our newest unit, Utsikten. The unit consists of two wings, with 9 apartments in each wing. You will be part of a team with high competence within the field. With this team, you will not only have the opportunity to maintain your skills but also to develop professionally.

Responsibilities

You will work based on person-centered care and a rehabilitative approach. Your task is to support in all daily aspects of care, service, and assistance according to the user's needs. You should be able to provide security, offer good nursing care, and perform health and medical tasks after delegation.

The work includes receiving written and oral information as well as documenting in the business system Viva.

The employment involves working during day and evening shifts, distributed across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

You have formal competence as a nursing assistant (undersköterska), and experience from previous work in care and assistance is an advantage. You are goal-oriented, able to work towards jointly established goals, easy to collaborate with, and responsive. After introduction, you should be able to work in our business system and other IT systems used by the organization.
