Here you will combine leadership, quality, and service in a role with significant responsibility – while working close to the operations and making a real difference every day.
About the role
As a Team Leader at ISS, you play a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and well-functioning healthcare environment. At least 50% of the position consists of production work, such as facility care/cleaning, where you work together with the team and contribute to daily delivery.
You are responsible for leading and distributing daily work and ensuring that quality requirements, hygiene routines, and work methods are followed. The work is carried out in close collaboration with employees, operations management, and the customer.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading, planning, and distributing daily work within the team
- Working at least 50% operationally in production, for example with cleaning/facility care in a healthcare environment
- Introducing, mentoring, and supporting employees in their daily work
- Ensuring work is performed according to current quality requirements, hygiene routines, and work methods
- Monitoring quality, documentation, and deviations, and contributing to improvement work
- Scheduling and staffing planning for employees in our digital systems
- Maintaining ongoing dialogue with the customer and internal functions to ensure smooth delivery
The work is performed for one of our customers in the healthcare sector in Uppsala and involves an important responsibility for creating clean, safe, and pleasant environments for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial six-month probationary period.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who are responsible, structured, and confident in leading other people. You have good communication skills and enjoy creating engagement, structure, and collaboration within the work group.
