Inspirera Assistans is looking for dedicated substitute staff in Linköping, Motala, and Mantorp, starting immediately.

The role involves making daily life easier for clients by assisting with hygiene, mobility, leisure activities, and household chores. The position requires sensitivity to individual needs and the ability to adapt interventions accordingly.

Scope: Hourly/as needed (part-time/hourly substitute).
Responsibilities: Personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, meals, communication, mobility, household chores, and leisure activities.
Qualifications: Sensitive, engaged, and willing to adapt to the client's changing needs.
