Do you want to influence one of Sweden's largest property portfolios? We are now looking for an experienced and business-driven Senior Lease Negotiator who wants to play a key role in optimizing rental costs, developing property strategies, and creating long-term business value.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a business undergoing a comprehensive transformation journey, where you will have significant authority, close collaboration with senior decision-makers, and the chance to shape future property solutions.

As a Senior Lease Negotiator, you will become part of a specialist team responsible for a comprehensive property portfolio consisting of over 200 facilities across Sweden.

You will work strategically and operationally with lease negotiations, market analyses, and cost optimization while acting as an advisor to the business on property-related matters.

The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Drive and conduct strategic lease negotiations with landlords

• Ensure competitive rental levels through analysis, benchmarking, and market monitoring

• Prepare decision support materials and business analyses prior to negotiations

• Identify optimization opportunities within the property portfolio

• Analyze regional market conditions and development trends

• Compete for existing and future premises based on market data

• Build and develop professional relationships with landlords and external partners

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding property strategy, cost development, and future expansions

• Extensive experience in the property and leasing sector

• Documented experience in strategic and business-oriented negotiations

• Experience working with geographically dispersed operations in Sweden

• Good understanding of regional market conditions and the property market

• Strong analytical skills and habit of working data-driven

• Experience in preparing, structuring, and presenting decision support materials

• Very good communication skills and experience in complex stakeholder dialogues
