Welcome to Bureskolan! We currently have just under 130 students from preschool class to grade 6. The school is located close to nature and has a lovely schoolyard. The school is part of the Sydvästen school district, together with Klockargårdskolan in Broaryd.

We are looking for you who want to be part of the after-school club's work team and, together with your colleagues, lead and develop the pedagogical work towards the goals. You work in collaboration with the school's staff to create a holistic view of the children's learning.

Job Responsibilities

The position involves pedagogical work at the after-school club for grades preschool–6. You are part of a work team where you work together to strengthen students' learning and development. During the school day, you collaborate with the school's teachers and are linked to a class in grades preschool–3.

Qualifications

We prefer that you, applying for this position with us, are certified to work in after-school clubs. This is a requirement to be able to obtain a permanent position with us.

You see all students and their differences as an asset and have a good ability to develop good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues alike. Good treatment is a given. You are well-versed in the steering documents and plan your operations based on them.

Your collaboration is deeply linked to your ability to cooperate and participate in the development of yourself and the operations. With us, this means you have good cooperation with your manager and colleagues, both at your own workplace and in other collaboration forums. You treat everyone with respect and kindness and take responsibility for making yourself involved in operational matters.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that your view of collaboration aligns with ours.

Teaching certification is required for a permanent appointment.

Interviews take place continuously during the recruitment period. The position may be filled during the recruitment period.
