ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Quality Engineer, you will work close to production and support the business with quality-related matters. You will have an important role in ensuring that processes are followed, documentation is kept up to date, and that quality work is developed according to current standards.

The role suits you if you have a few years of experience in quality and want to continue developing in a technical and production-oriented environment. You will work both operationally and improvement-focused with deviation management, audits, quality data, and corrective actions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive and develop the company's quality work according to current standards.
• Be responsible for internal and external deviation management.
• Conduct root cause analyses and follow up on corrective actions.
• Lead and participate in improvement projects.
• Ensure that processes are followed and continuously improved.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
• Monitor quality data, analyze trends, and report key performance indicators.
• Ensure that documentation and routines are updated and complied with.
• Support production with quality-related issues.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field, e.g., quality, production, engineering, or industry.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality work within a relevant field.
• Experience with deviation management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Understanding of quality standards, process work, and documentation.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work.

Merits:

• Experience from production or technical industry.
• Experience with internal or external audits.
• Knowledge in improvement work, e.g., Lean or similar methodology.
• Experience working with quality data and key performance indicators.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site.
