Your Responsibilities

In the role of Property Manager for our client in Eskilstuna, you will hold a central and business-oriented position where you are responsible for your own property portfolio and have great opportunities to influence both development and results. You will work with a holistic responsibility spanning technology, economics, and customer relations, with a focus on creating safe, well-maintained, and attractive residential areas where people thrive and want to live.

You lead the daily work regarding operations and maintenance, ensuring that the properties maintain a high standard over time. By planning and following up on maintenance and investment measures, you drive development forward and continuously identify improvement opportunities that create long-term value. You have a commercial responsibility where budgeting, follow-up, and prioritization are a natural part of your daily routine, and you work proactively to optimize both costs and results.

Workplace: Eskilstuna, Monday–Friday.

Your Profile

We look for someone with experience from the property industry, project management, or construction, and a good understanding of what is required to run and develop a business in a structured and commercial manner. You are accustomed to planning, following up, and coordinating work, with a clear focus on quality and results.

As a person, you are business-driven, responsible, and enjoy taking a holistic approach. You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and easily build trust through good communication and strong relationship-building skills.
