Warehouse Team Leader – Märsta

We are currently looking for an engaged and structured Team Leader for a client's warehouse operations in Märsta. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy taking responsibility, leading people, and being involved in operational work. Here you will have the opportunity to develop within warehousing and logistics in a varied and responsible position.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that daily warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. You work closely with the team and ensure that tasks are carried out according to set goals, routines, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse work.
• Lead and support employees in their tasks.
• Ensure that processes, routines, and safety regulations are followed.
• Work to develop and streamline the company's working methods.
• Handle and follow up on deviations in daily operations.
• Contribute to a safe, secure, and well-organized work environment.

Experience from warehouse operations within building materials or related industries is an advantage.
