What you will do

In the role of Production Technician in Köping, you will work close to production within machining or assembly, contributing to the development and improvement of processes, methods, and ways of working. You are an important part of the daily improvement work and collaborate with the team to strengthen quality, productivity, and flexibility.

Depending on your previous experience, you will work operationally, tactically, and strategically, both in close proximity to operations and in project form, where you participate in or drive initiatives related to new tools, equipment, and working methods. Your career with us usually begins close to daily production and develops over time towards more analytical and strategic tasks.

Profile Description

Who are you?

You have a genuine technical interest and enjoy analyzing and solving problems together with others. You work in a structured manner, are curious, and wish to develop over time, while taking responsibility for delivery and contributing to the team's common results.

You have a technical upper secondary education or equivalent experience and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
