Your role with us:

As an operational buyer, you will be a central part of the purchasing process. You will handle orders to suppliers and place purchases for articles as needed. The role involves a working method that is both tactical and operational, with a focus on precision and structure. You work to ensure that goods reach us on time and in the correct quantity. This also includes follow-up and updates from suppliers as well as minimizing inventory costs.

Your responsibilities:

• Build relationships and maintain daily contact with suppliers and the warehouse. Resolve any discrepancies during follow-up, order placement, and transport booking.
• Daily delivery monitoring.
• Initiate and adjust purchase orders according to purchase requests and standard procedures.
• Handle and approve invoices as well as follow up on deliveries.
• Track material deliveries to ensure availability and proactively handle any potential material shortages.
• Closely collaborate with the product manager on improvements regarding suppliers and assortment.
• Proactively handle seasonal products and campaigns.
• Update business systems after changes and adjustments in the warehouse. Ensure availability of restocked items.

You like order and see potential in everything. In terms of experience, we prefer that you have relevant education in purchasing or some work experience in operational purchasing. Furthermore, you possess good administrative and IT skills. We prefer that you have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, as the software is used daily in our work. You handle Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
