We are looking for secure and engaged assistants who want to work on a schedule rotation. We need a night worker, an evening worker, and a day worker, but also those who wish to combine and work all shifts. About the assignment Our client lives with ALS and has extensive care needs. To make daily life function as well as possible, he communicates using an eye-tracking computer. The work is performed through double staffing around the clock, meaning you work together with a colleague to provide the client with safe and secure care. We place great importance on you being responsive, not only to the client's needs but also in your contact with his relatives. Who are you? We are looking for you who are confident in your professional role and want to contribute to a positive daily life.

• Experience: You have previously worked in healthcare and social care. It is an advantage if you have experience with ventilators, cough assist devices, and inhalers.
• Personality: You are cheerful, positive, and have excellent teamwork skills.
• Language: You have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Other: You are a non-smoker.

• Day shift: 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00
• Evening shift: 16:00–22:00 or 17:00–23:00
• Night: 22:00–08:00 or 23:00–09:00

• You need to have BankID/Mobile BankID to view the schedule and sign your time report at the end of the month.
• Pay slips are sent via Kivra.
• A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) will be required.
