Your responsibilities

In your work, you will among other things:

• Provide support, help, and motivation based on each user's individual needs and wishes.
• Perform personal care.
• Carry out medical interventions on delegation.
• Help with cooking, escorting, shopping, cleaning, and laundry.
• Work based on clear implementation plans with the individual at the center.
• Work flexibly based on the operations needs, also in other groups or on other departments.

As a contact person, you are also responsible for:

• Creating and following up on implementation plans.
• Documenting interventions in our digital systems.
• Having contact with relatives.
• Collaborating with home healthcare, rehabilitation, assistance officers, and other home care groups.
• Using our digital planning tool as support in everyday life.
• The work is scheduled and covers days, evenings, and every other weekend.

For the position of assistant nurse within home care, the starting salary range is 29,000–34,000 SEK per month. For the position of housing assistant within home care, the starting salary range is 24,000–30,000 SEK per month.

We apply individual salary setting. The final salary is determined based on education, relevant experience, competence, and responsibility in the role, as well as with regard to the current collective agreement.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse and have the right to use the protected professional title according to current regulations.

For the position of housing assistant, no formal education is required. Experience in care and elderly care is meritorious.

Four positions are located in our car group in Stånga, where a Category B driver's license is a requirement.

Two positions are located in our walking and cycling group, where you need to be able to cycle. A Category B driver's license is meritorious.

In accordance with the new language requirement, you need to master Swedish well in speech and writing, to ensure safe care, good, and correct documentation.

To thrive with us, you are flexible and can adapt to changes in everyday life. You work independently in the user's home while having good cooperation skills and enjoying collaborating with colleagues and other professional groups. You are empathetic and create security through respectful and professional treatment.

You have a good overall view and see both the user's needs and the operation's goals. With your problem-solving analytical ability, you can analyze situations, make well-founded decisions, and find solutions in everyday challenges.
