Individual and Family Care is one of five operational areas within the Care and Social Services Administration. The overall mission is to conduct efficient and legally secure authority operations, where measures are implemented based on the lowest level of intervention and with the client's participation in focus. The measures carried out within the operation should be conducted with high quality and with the client's participation in focus.

The Advice, Support, and Treatment Unit is the social services execution unit within the municipality's Individual and Family Care. Within the unit, there are several different directions such as family teams, addiction care, violence in close relationships, personal guardians, support for crime victims, and the resource team.

Responsibilities

As a Resource Coordinator, you are responsible for finding and recruiting resources regarding residential care homes (HVB), foster homes, emergency homes, day care, contact families, and contact persons that match the needs of children, young people, and adults. You are responsible for investigating foster homes, emergency homes, contact families, and contact persons. A large part of the daily work involves guiding and supporting contractors in their assignments. The role includes contract writing and economic calculations.

The role also involves keeping track of placement development and statistics, as well as having special responsibility for monitoring the quality of both day care and residential care measures. Travel for work is common as follow-ups often take place in homes.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker or have other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. We also see that you preferably have solid and broad experience from the social services sector as well as experience with placement and resource issues. It is meritorious if you have experience in investigating and guiding contractors. A B-class driver's license is a requirement for the position.

As a person, we see that you are unpretentious and have a good ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You have good communication skills and express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing.

Furthermore, you exude confidence in your professional role and have the ability to perform in a pressured environment and handle difficult situations. You work systematically, methodically, and reliably, and have a high ability to follow instructions and deliver results, both regarding quality and productivity, as well as adhering to set schedules.
