We are looking for a commercially and technically oriented Consulting Director to join us in Stockholm, a role we believe will be a key part of our continued growth.

auticon is a unique consulting firm within tech and AI. What makes us different is that all our consultants are autistic. Today, we deliver services within software development, data science, data engineering, AI, and quality assurance.

You thrive at the intersection of people, technology, and business. You have solid technical competence, commercial understanding, and the ability to support, develop, and create the right conditions for our consultants. You contribute quality to our deliveries and identify new business opportunities.

You should have leadership experience and thrive in a small, agile organization with fast decision-making processes and the opportunity to leave your mark on the business.

You will work both on the commercial development of our customer portfolio and personally participate in certain deliveries. Therefore, you need education and/or extensive experience within one of our service areas – for example, within software development, data engineering, data science, or AI.

We are a small organization where we collaborate closely. We help each other and have built significant competence within the team in Sweden and the Nordics. There is also the opportunity to draw knowledge from our sister companies in 14 countries.

No day will be the same as the last, but some central tasks include:

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. Understand customer needs and identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Conducting service sales to larger organizations (projects or IT consultants).
• Being a safe and professional sounding board for our consultants – both in technical and interpersonal situations.
• Acting as a partner to other leaders in customer dialogues and pre-sales where more technical understanding is required.
• Working in or leading selected projects within your areas of expertise where we see potential to involve more of our consultants.
• Contributing to competence development, knowledge sharing, and learning across the team.
