I am 34 years old and live a life with both pace and variety. Exercise, movement, swimming, and travel are things that give me energy – and I am now looking for a personal assistant who wants to be part of making everyday life work just as well on calm days as on more active ones.

Your role is not just about “helping out”, but about being a support in everything that makes my day run smoothly. This can range from practical tasks at home to accompanying me during activities and exercise. You will also assist with transfers, as I use a wheelchair.

I am clear about what I need, so the most important thing is not knowing everything from the start – but that you are present, engaged, and willing to learn how I specifically want things done.

The work is structured in 24-hour shifts with on-call duty, which provides good variation and continuous time off.

This is important for it to work:

• You have a driver’s license
• You are a non-smoker
• You are comfortable with both fur-bearing animals and claws
• You have a positive attitude and take responsibility

This gives you an extra plus:

• Experience in similar work
• Physical strength (transfers are included daily)
• Basic computer skills

This is what I am like as a person:

I appreciate it when someone is relaxed, attentive, and yet proactive. It should feel natural to work together – not stiff or complicated. I believe in a collaboration where one can both take responsibility and be a bit open and personal.

Short about the position:

• Position at approximately 50 %

• 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call
• Start date by agreement
