TP Preschools AB currently operates 33 preschools across nine municipalities.

We are a private company that, through well-educated and socially competent educators, runs developmental preschool activities encompassing care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children aged 1–5.

We are now looking for an experienced and qualified childcare worker with good references to join Slottsbyns Preschool.

Slottsbyns Preschool is located in a natural setting in Steninge Slottsby, with the forest right next door and a large, inviting courtyard where children can explore, play, and learn in inspiring environments. We have two departments – Granen for children aged 1–3 and Eken for children aged 3–6 – and we work closely together as an engaged and cohesive team. Our core values are PLAY – playfulness, engagement, and knowledge – which permeate both our working methods and our community. At our preschool, security, movement, and language are a natural part of the day, and we are looking for you who want to contribute to a positive and developmental environment – for both children and colleagues.

We would appreciate it if you have experience working with children who require special support and if you feel confident in meeting children's diverse needs with sensitivity, clarity, and warmth.

Your Qualifications:

• Childcare education.
• Clear focus on the child.
• Good knowledge of children's needs, development, and learning.
• Clear understanding of the role's responsibilities (good knowledge of Lpfö 18).
• Ability to translate theory into practice.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Good command of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Ability to use digital tools in daily work.
