Professionals Nord is launching this successful program again in collaboration with Satellite Group. This time with a new and exciting focus!

Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of ventilation technicians, and you can be one of them. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you will develop the skills required to quickly become confident and self-assured in the role of a ventilation technician.

You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at OTK Klimat Installationer in Enköping for 18 months. The goal is for your employment to transfer to OTK Klimat Installationer, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Information about the introductory period

The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical exercises to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During this period, you will develop skills in areas such as:

• Materials and components
• Drawings and system understanding
• Assembly and installation
• Construction process, projects, and contracting
• Planning, working environment, and safety
• Digital tools and documentation

We offer the possibility of study support throughout the introductory period.

Pre-introduction: August 3 – 14, 2026

Introduction: August 17 – November 6, 2026 (details for the entire introductory period will be provided at the employment interview)

First day at OTK Klimat Installationer: November 9, 2026

Job Responsibilities

As a ventilation technician at OTK Klimat Installationer in Enköping, you will be part of a tight-knit team and have the chance to work on many different types of assignments in both large and small projects. Your tasks will include, among other things, installation and assembly of ventilation systems, renovations, and maintenance of ventilation systems in various types of buildings and facilities.

You will work on projects for both the public and private sectors, such as new schools, shops, and major industrial investments.

We are looking for you who

• Are at least 18 years old
• Hold a valid B-driver's license
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Have a technical interest and practical skills
• Have the motivation and desire to make a career change
• Have passed the required tests (MAP & Matrigma)
