Description of duties

As a youth leader (fritidsledare) with us, your main task is to meet young people based on their needs and conditions. You act as a safe and stable adult role model who both listens and stimulates development.

The role involves planning, organizing, and carrying out activities. You work actively to create meaningful, creative, and developmental elements in the operations in close collaboration with the young people.

The work is primarily scheduled during evening hours, when the operations are most significant for the target group.

You are part of a team where collaboration is central, and you also cooperate with external actors such as schools, associations, guardians, and other relevant parties to create a strong and supportive network around the young people.

Qualifications

You have a high school education with a focus on children and leisure or equivalent. Experience in similar work is meritorious.

Working hours: Schedule. Evenings are included.
