About the role

As an Electrical Technician in the Maintenance Section at the Coking Plant, you will prepare, plan, and coordinate maintenance work within electrical, instrumentation, and automation. In practice, this involves handling work orders, monitoring ongoing work, and ensuring the quality of the final result.

Based on your experience and competence, you will propose systems and solutions for preventive maintenance and assist with investments and design of production equipment. You will participate in decisions regarding methods, resource acquisition, and organization related to maintenance work. Your role includes coordination, directing and leading maintenance operations, and acting as a contact person for both internal and external stakeholders.

Finally, you actively contribute to our team working according to established methods within the project's economic framework. The position is full-time with day shifts.

About you

  • We are looking for you who have a high school diploma with a focus on electrical & automation, data, and instrumentation technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience in industrial control and instrumentation technology, operation and maintenance of active field equipment, as well as theoretical further education, are meritorious.
  • We seek a person with a goal-oriented work approach, who is responsible and structured.
  • You prioritize safety for yourself and your colleagues and appreciate order and tidiness.
  • You also have the ability to solve problems in technical system issues.
  • As the role involves contact with customers and partners, good social skills are required.
  • You view collaboration and customer orientation as the most important success factors.
  • A Category B driver's license is a requirement.
