Operations Technician for Kiruna's New Swimming Hall

Kirunabostäder AB is a non-profit housing company owned by Kiruna Municipality and is an important actor in the development of Kiruna. The company aims to strengthen and develop housing for all people in Kiruna Municipality.

Job Responsibilities

As an operations technician stationed at Kiruna's new swimming hall, you are responsible for the technical functions of the pool hall, including ventilation, electricity, control and regulation, locks, and fire alarms. You will be part of a work team consisting of technicians, property caretakers, managers, cleaners, and the property manager, who primarily work with municipal properties.

The tasks include supervision, preventive maintenance, installation work, troubleshooting, repairs, and contact with contractors, suppliers, and other staff.

Qualifications

The position of operations technician requires you to be technically inclined, have experience from similar tasks, and possess knowledge in control and regulation, ventilation, electricity, and plumbing (HVAC/plumbing). Proficiency in computer systems is a requirement. You must have a well-developed ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. A category B driver's license is required.
