Olsson Solutions is now looking for a Terminal Supervisor for evening shifts for one of our clients in Jönköping. This role suits you if you have experience from terminals, warehouses, transport, or similar operations, and if you thrive in a fast-paced environment with responsibility and clear structure.

This is not a purely office-based position. You will be close to the operations, working practically when needed, while simultaneously managing priorities, flow, and staffing during the evening.

About the role

As a Terminal Supervisor, you are a key figure in the evening operations. You ensure that work gets started, that the right tasks are prioritized, and that loading, unloading, and terminal flow run as smoothly as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and distributing work during the evening shift
• Maintaining an overview of the terminal flow
• Supporting staff in their daily tasks
• Working practically at the terminal when needed
• Communicating with drivers, colleagues, and managers
• Ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality
• Contributing to order, structure, and a good working atmosphere

We are looking for someone who

We believe you have experience from terminals, warehouses, transport, loading/unloading, or similar work. The most important thing is not that you have held the exact same title before, but that you are comfortable in the environment and have the right attitude.

You are a person who:

• Takes responsibility and sees what needs to be done
• Is clear, calm, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a high but controlled pace
• Can collaborate with different types of people
• Has a good understanding of terminal flows and logistics
• Enjoys combining practical work with responsibility

A forklift license is meritorious, and experience in terminal work is highly meritorious.

It is also meritorious if you have a C- or CE-driver's license, YKB (Swedish driving license for goods vehicles), ADR, or previous experience from the transport industry as a driver, terminal worker, traffic controller, team leader, or similar.

Working hours and location

The position is located in Jönköping during evening hours:

Monday–Friday, 14:30–23:30

Fridays are included in the regular schedule, so it is important that you are comfortable with this.
