Welcome to our highly regarded rural health center serving approximately 6,500 registered patients! We offer a diverse practice including a district doctor's clinic, a district nurse's clinic, and specialized clinics for diabetes, blood pressure, heart failure, asthma/COPD, risk/addiction, and mental health. We also provide mother and child health care, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, a rehabilitation coordinator, and a counseling clinic.

With the nearest hospital 75 km away, we play a vital role for our patients – and you will become part of a team that makes a difference. Our facility includes X-ray services where delegated staff can perform examinations, allowing us to handle a wide variety of patient cases.

As a doctor at Malung Health Center, you will work with both planned and emergency care, meeting patients of all ages.

We work across the entire general medicine field, including SÄBO/home care, Child Health Center (BVC), Maternity Health Center (MVC), and the Youth Clinic. Supervision of doctors in training is included, and the role also involves primary care on-call duties and standby responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a specialist doctor in general medicine
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• holds a valid B driving license

You have a desire to work long-term within primary care and feel confident in your professional role. You are motivated by contributing to development, thrive in collaboration with colleagues, and take responsibility for your assignments.
