We are looking for new colleagues for specialized housing in Särna!

Here we work together based on needs-assessed interventions within the Social Services Act (SoL), to give the residents a meaningful everyday life. We are an engaged team that supports each other, collaborates closely, and focuses on job satisfaction. Our nursing home has three departments: two focused on dementia care and one somatic department.

What you will do as a nursing assistant with us

As a nursing assistant with us, you work with standard tasks within eldercare, including personal care and primary responsibility together with colleagues.

The work also involves:

• Delegated health and medical care tasks according to current legislation.
• Active work with implementation plans, planning, and documentation.
• Execution of decided interventions according to both the Social Services Act (SoL) and health care routines.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive in the role of nursing assistant with us, you take responsibility for your tasks and adapt easily to changing circumstances. You are calm and composed in stressful situations, have strong collaboration skills, and maintain a calm demeanor.

You are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with a focus on dementia care, and hold a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare confirming the professional title of nursing assistant.

You have a B driver's license and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience in healthcare and social care, as well as computer literacy in the form of electronic journal documentation on both computer and smartphone, is meritorious.

Good to know

The position is full-time, day/evening shifts, both weekdays and weekends, according to schedule.

A certificate of good conduct will be requested.
