The elderly care sector is the largest area within the Social Services Administration, responsible for special housing, group homes, short-term care, security housing, home care services, support for relatives, meeting places, and authority case processing. The Kristineberg home care team operates from their premises at Ingenjörsvägen 63 in Kristineberg.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a colleague to join the wonderful care team in Kristineberg. Here, you are responsible for implementing approved care and service interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and healthcare interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).

Within home care, you work in the user's own home and contribute to activation and rehabilitation based on their prerequisites. You perform medical tasks on delegation from licensed personnel and participate in operational development, quality assurance, and competence development.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for you who:

• Are trained as an assistant nurse (undersköterska) or have equivalent education as deemed by the employer.
• Have good cooperation skills, are responsible, and thrive in a work environment with a high pace.
• Are positive, professional, and have a good ability to see each individual's needs and prerequisites.

Requirements for the position include having a Category B driver's license and experience with cycling. Additionally, good computer skills and proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, are required.

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
Start Date: 2026-09-01 (or by agreement).
End Date: 2027-04-30.
