Do you have experience in the tech consulting industry and the ability to sell services in various areas and technologies, while also wanting to work with leading R&D customers to develop exciting products? Then you are the Account Manager we are looking for!

Your Mission

As an Account Manager at Knowit Connectivity, you will become the customer's trusted advisor and long-term partner. In this role, you will work with several of our existing customers in Sweden to further develop collaborations. You will identify their needs and challenges and offer the best solutions from our service portfolio. Your tasks include actively prospecting and building relationships with new and existing contacts, delivering sales presentations, creating business proposals, and driving negotiations to closure. You will also participate in other sales-oriented activities such as training and workshops. We are proud of our sales culture and want you to contribute to it!

You will work closely with our Sales Director and our colleagues in Östersund and Umeå, as well as other salespeople across Sweden. You will also collaborate closely with our technical experts and delivery teams to tailor business proposals that meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

About the Business

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have at least 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales within the tech consulting or staffing industry. You have a strong ability to build and develop customer relationships and are accustomed to an advisory and solution-oriented sales style, which allows you to quickly understand customer needs and create long-term value.

In this role, the ability to actively work with both new and existing customers is crucial. You are a natural networker driven by prospecting and creating new business opportunities, with a documented track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your drive, motivation, and self-starting nature make you a key player who can take initiative and lead dialogues forward.

To thrive with us, you also need excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers in both Swedish and English. If you are motivated by creating and driving business opportunities to success, this is the right role for you!

Requirements

  • Location: Umeå or Östersund
  • Travel occurs within Sweden, primarily in Northern Sweden.
  • Category B driver's license is required
