We are now looking for a Project Coordinator with project responsibility who wants to take a central role in our operations and ensure that our projects are executed with high quality, good profitability, and a first-class customer experience.

About the role

This is a key role for us, created to strengthen coordination between sales, design, purchasing, production, and the customer.

You will become the hub of our projects and be responsible for keeping the process together from the first customer dialogue to delivery and follow-up. The role combines project management, customer contact, and business acumen, making it both varied and developmental.

You will work closely with our design department and become the natural link between internal resources, customers, and external collaboration partners.

Your responsibilities

• Be the customer's main contact throughout the project
• Analyze customer needs and work environments to identify the right solutions
• Participate in the preparation of quotations, calculations, and project documentation
• Drive quotation work and be involved in pricing, negotiations, and contracts
• Coordinate projects from order to delivery
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Coordinate work between design, sales, warehouse, and purchasing
• Coordinate external assembly partners if needed
• Clarify requirements and ensure progress in projects
• Follow up on projects and identify new business opportunities among existing customers

• Experience in project management, project coordination, or technical sales.
• Good ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up.

• Technical understanding and interest in customer-adapted solutions.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and collaboration partners.
• Experience from industry, logistics, production, or technical sales is an advantage.

The position is located in Gnosjö. Travel within Sweden and Europe occurs.
