Caverion Sweden is making an aggressive push within the energy and environmental sector and is now looking for an experienced Ventilation Project Manager for the Energy & Environment business unit.

We help our customers reduce energy consumption, improve indoor environments, and create more sustainable buildings through technically advanced installation and energy projects. We are now looking for you who want to drive ventilation contracts that make a real difference - from design to completed facility.

You will join an engaged team of approximately 12 specialists within energy, ventilation, and building technology. The role is based at our modern office on Västberga Allé in Hägersten, but since projects are carried out across Sweden, travel with overnight stays is expected.

About the role

As a Ventilation Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on ventilation contracts within our energy service projects. You play a central role throughout the project's lifecycle and work closely with customers, project managers, installers, consultants, and subcontractors.

You actively participate in design work and installation coordination, ensuring that projects are executed with the right quality, economy, and schedule. The role involves significant freedom under responsibility and suits you if you thrive taking ownership, making decisions, and creating good results together with others.

The role includes:

• Planning, leading, and documenting ventilation sub-projects
• Actively participating in design and installation coordination throughout the project
• Communicating, engaging, and motivating customers, employees, and contractors
• Participating in construction meetings, coordination meetings, and technical walkthroughs
• Responsible for material procurement and tendering of subcontractors in consultation with the main project manager
• Ensuring correct documentation including operation and maintenance instructions
• Conducting and leading functional tests and participating in inspections
• Responsible for additional and change work (ÄTA) within the ventilation part of the projects
• Further developing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling
• Acting as BAS-P and BAS-U where required

We are looking for you who:

Have a university education in energy, HVAC, ventilation, building technology, or equivalent work experience. You have several years of experience in project management or sub-project management within ventilation contracts and feel confident leading projects with many stakeholders.

You have good knowledge of ventilation technology and experience in designing or implementing ventilation installations in buildings. Knowledge of contract law is meritorious, as is certification as BAS-P and BAS-U.

As a person, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You are good at building trust, establishing relationships, and collaborating with different types of people. At the same time, you enjoy taking personal responsibility and driving projects forward towards set goals.

A B-driver's license is required, and travel occurs regularly in the role.
