We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team this summer and work as a personal assistant in Linköping and surrounding areas!

What does the job as a personal assistant involve?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a disability. There, you help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, household chores, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help make someone else's daily life function.

We have customers of different ages and with different disabilities. Your workplace is wherever the customer is, and the job is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day to enable a person to live their life as they wish is the most important job in the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are engaged, respectful, and responsive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We would appreciate it if you:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• can understand and communicate in Swedish.
• can work flexible hours – days, evenings, and weekends. Some of our positions also require night work.
• have experience in care and nursing (a plus, but not a requirement).

Other information

Employment type: Summer temporary position, temporary employment before/after the summer may be an option in some cases.

Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment.

Start date: June, July, and August 2026.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
