Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse.

You have good collaboration skills and work well together with other professional groups to ensure good and patient-safe care. Furthermore, you have a holistic perspective in your work, considering both the patient's and the organization's needs. You are independent in your professional role and have the ability to plan, prioritize, and make your own decisions within the framework of your assignment.

What you will work with

We offer you work at a fun and interesting workplace where you have the opportunity to develop in your role as a nurse or district nurse. The work at the health center includes, among other things, own reception, telephone advice, chatting with patients, and teamwork regarding patients. There is also the possibility to focus on a specific patient group, for example, heart disease, asthma/COPD, or diabetes. The work covers both planned and emergency operations, which means that days are varied and sometimes require us to quickly prioritize and reschedule. On some days, we have open reception, which means a more unplanned operation where we receive patients with varying needs and medical conditions. We work from a person-centered approach and strive for as efficient and well-functioning patient flow as possible.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position with working hours during daytime. Some duty at the emergency center occurs, currently approx. 3 weekends/year. Start date is by agreement.

Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the last application date.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
