About the Job

Your main task is to offer meaningful occupation to the current target group, together with employment officers. This is done by planning, leading, and developing daily activities and work tasks adapted to participants' individual needs, abilities, and goals. You coach and motivate individuals in their personal development and in the process of approaching working life. A central part of the job is to create structure and security in daily life through motivating and pedagogical interactions, as well as to document and follow up on participants' development and implementation plans according to current legislation.

Furthermore, the role involves collaborating and networking with internal and external parties, such as caseworkers, employers, relatives, and guardians.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as a support pedagogue, social worker, occupational therapist, behavioral scientist, or have other upper secondary/post-secondary education that we assess as equivalent.

Previous experience of working within LSS (preferably daily activities) and/or with labor market measures/coaching is meritorious. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, is a requirement for the position. You should enjoy working practically, and it is an advantage if you have a creative mindset. A B-class driver's license is required.

As a person, you are flexible and easily establish relationships. You are interested in working with people and enjoy working in a team.
