We work within municipal primary care in ordinary and special housing, including LSS (Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) residences. We have close collaboration with both colleagues and other actors in the municipality, where our common goal is to provide our patients with what they need.

About the Role

In Municipal Primary Care, you will become part of a cheerful team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation assistants. We are currently looking for a nurse for day/evening/weekend shifts.

As a nurse in Hultsfred Municipality, you have overall responsibility for users connected to municipal primary care. You also have responsibility for the training of nursing staff in care matters and for delegation.

We work based on the COPM theory (Sense of Coherence) both among colleagues and towards our patients. Our core value, "We meet in the feeling of dignity," permeates all meetings with colleagues, other professions, users, relatives, and representatives.

The work involves contact and collaboration within the team and with nursing staff, unit managers, assistance handlers, as well as inpatient care and primary care.

For those new to nursing, we have a mentorship program to strengthen support in difficult questions that may arise in daily work. The mentorship program lasts for one year for those who wish to participate.

Qualifications

You are a registered nurse or district nurse, or you are nearing graduation at the end of your education. In addition, a valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

As a nurse with us, we want you to be engaged and interested in preventive work together with interdisciplinary teams. It is also desirable if you have knowledge of the quality registers we use, such as Senior Alert, BPSD, Mitt Vaccin, and the Palliative Register.

You have a salutogenic approach with a focus on the individual. You enjoy teamwork and can collaborate with several different professions. You are an engaged inspirer who enjoys development.
