About the job

In this role, you are one of the key people who make Elgiganten PhoneHouse Alingsås the place where customers receive the best assistance within mobile phones, subscriptions, and accessories. As a Telecom Sales Representative, you guide customers to the right mobile phone, the right operator, and the right solution for their daily lives – whether it involves gaming, streaming, a work phone, or staying connected with family and friends.

You will become part of a wonderful team that is passionate about customer interaction, high service levels, and smart technology. Together, you ensure that the store's telecom department is vibrant and inspiring, and that every customer feels seen, understood, and confident in their purchase – and eager to return.

You have:

• A genuine interest in mobile phones, subscriptions, data plans, 5G, and new technology trends.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience from retail, customer service, telemarketing, or another service role – or a strong desire to learn sales from the ground up.
• The ability to ask questions, listen actively, and translate customer needs into smart telecom solutions.
• Comfortable working towards clear goals and enjoying celebrating results together with the team.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written, and you handle digital tools without problems.
• A positive attitude, a good sense of humor at work, and a desire to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can be themselves.
