We at Avfallskonsulten i Huvudstaden AB are growing rapidly and are now looking for a Category B Driver who wants to become part of an engaged, hard-working team – where we support each other and still have fun at work.

This is a role for you who takes responsibility, enjoys working independently but also thrives in a team where everyone contributes. We are in an expansion phase and are looking for you who wants to be part of the journey.

You do not need prior experience from the recycling industry. If you have worked with distribution, courier services, or other transport driving, it is an advantage – but the right attitude weighs the heaviest.

About Us

Avfallskonsulten i Huvudstaden AB is a young and hungry company challenging the major players in the waste and recycling industry. Since our founding in 2019, we have had a clear goal: to create smarter, more efficient, and more customer-centric solutions within waste management.

We operate from Älta/Tyresö in Stockholm, where we have our warehouse, office, and vehicles gathered in one location. Decision-making paths are short, the pace is high, and we build the company together. Here, you are not just one of the crowd – you are an important part of the whole.

Job Responsibilities

As a Category B Driver with us, you will among other things:

• Drive light trucks for the collection of recyclables and waste from our customers
• Work with the pickup of, for example, packaging, bulky waste, and other materials
• Transport materials to various waste and recycling facilities
• Have daily customer contact and represent the company on assignments
• Contribute to structure, quality, and efficiency in daily work

The work is varied and practical, involving both driving and physical tasks. No two days are alike.

• Hold a Category B driver's license
• Are responsible, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
• Enjoy physical work and have good physical fitness
• Like working both independently and in a team
