As an employee in this assignment, you will be employed by Nordic Fleetcare AB / NFC Hands and work in the customer's operations according to the customer's daily instructions and routines.

About the role

As an operational service employee, you become part of a team that ensures deliveries arrive on time, to the right place, and according to agreed routines.

The work may consist of, among other things:

• collecting and checking completed deliveries,
• loading, transporting, and delivering goods according to instructions,
• working in connection with stations, depots, or other delivery points,
• placing, unpacking, and finalizing deliveries,
• reporting deviations, delays, damages, or missing goods,
• following safety routines, work instructions, and daily priorities.

This is a practical role where you need to be careful, punctual, and confident in following routines. The work takes place in an environment where time and quality are important parts of the assignment.

Working hours

The work is carried out as scheduled shift work with shifts scheduled for morning, day, and evening. Weekend work occurs according to a rolling schedule, normally every other, every third, or every fourth weekend depending on the schedule and staffing setup.

The position may be available as part-time or full-time employment depending on the schedule, availability, and staffing setup.

• Hold a Category B driver's license
• Are punctual and responsible
• Have a good sense for service and order
• Can follow instructions and safety routines,
• Are comfortable with practical work
• Can work independently but also function well in a team
• Can handle a job where times and deliveries need to be kept
• Have good Swedish in speech and writing.

Previous experience in logistics, transport, service, warehouse, restaurant, train/station environment, or similar is meritorious, but the most important thing is the right attitude.
