CityMail delivers mail and packages to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues to join our team in Upplands Väsby.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.

• Has basic knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

• Enjoys physical work.

• Is comfortable driving vehicles for which you hold a driver's license/permit (bicycle, moped, car).

It is an advantage if you have a B-driver's license or a moped permit. Experience in similar work is also advantageous, but your background is not the most important factor for us. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, which is why we place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does a working day look like?

The operations are open on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00–16:30.

• The working day begins with preparations for the day's delivery. You and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages.

• Afterwards, the delivery takes place within your assigned area. We primarily use electric bicycles during delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on your delivery route for the day.

• Once all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office to wrap up the day with administration and preparations for the next day's work, together with your colleagues.

Employment type

The position is a so-called hourly employment, where each work shift constitutes a specific fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and durations, depending on the day and operational needs. We would appreciate it if you were available to work up to full-time hours during the day. To ensure you have the right conditions for success, the employment begins with an introduction. There are good opportunities for temporary positions or permanent employment.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. The starting hourly wage is 150 SEK (including 12% vacation pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK (excluding 12% vacation pay).
