About the Inside Sales Representative Role

In the role of Inside Sales Representative at Elicom, you are responsible for handling incoming inquiries and preparing calculations, quotations, and technical solution proposals within VA automation. You work closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure that the right solution is developed based on the project's technical requirements and conditions. A large part of the job involves interpreting technical descriptions, electrical diagrams, and tender documents, as well as converting them into quotations. You play a central role throughout the business process and collaborate closely with the sales team and project managers to create the best possible solution for the customer.

Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare calculations, quotations, and technical solution proposals based on customer inquiries.
• Interpret and analyze technical descriptions, electrical diagrams, and tender documents.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Follow up on quotations and handle changes and additions during the course of projects.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and project managers to ensure the correct delivery to the customer.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in a role within electrical installation, automation, VA automation, or industrial control. You have a good ability to read and understand electrical diagrams, technical descriptions, and technical specifications, as well as an understanding of calculation, quotations, or other technical support work. Furthermore, you have the ability to translate technical requirements and customer needs into commercial solution proposals.

Key requirements for the position:

• Experience from a role within electrical installation, automation, VA automation, or industrial control.
• Good ability to read and understand electrical diagrams, technical descriptions, and technical specifications.
• Understanding of calculation, quotations, or other technical support work.
• Ability to translate technical requirements and customer needs into solution proposals.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience from the VA or automation industry.
