We are now looking for an Establishment Coordinator for Active Academy!

This position is a fixed-term contract covering for our current Establishment Coordinator who will be on parental leave. The position starts now until autumn 2026, by agreement, and runs for most of 2027. This is therefore a position lasting at least 1 year, perhaps a bit longer. There may also be a chance for extension after the fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will be part of a team with three colleagues. A team that together is responsible for marketing, customer service, and room booking. You also have a special responsibility for implementing our establishment plan, something you will be introduced to during autumn 2026 when you will also partly work together with our current Establishment Coordinator and CEO on preparations for future expansions to new locations.

However, the first month of the position will largely consist of general work in several different areas to ensure you become thoroughly familiar with the operations, such as customer service and marketing. Most of the work takes place at our office in Växjö together with your colleagues. However, you will also preferably be out in the operations on some sessions to film and create content for marketing, which is why we require you to have a B-driver's license.

Travel and weekend work occur to some extent, although the majority of working hours are during office hours. However, during the initial course weekends for each course, you will work a number of Saturdays or Sundays together with the rest of the team to be on-site at our office as support for our leader and to answer questions from parents when the courses start for all the children.

About you as an applicant:

You have a background/education in and/or passion for marketing and project management – and you enjoy working administratively. You like taking on new tasks and breaking new ground for Active Academy as we establish ourselves in new locations and get more people moving!

You have good knowledge of Office 365 programs, and it is also a major merit in this job that you have knowledge in marketing such as advertising via social media, knowledge of creating your own content and editing ads, Google Ads, being able to write persuasive texts, and creating websites, etc.

It is very positive if you have experience of, for example, children's gymnastics, children's dance, group training, or other types of sports or cultural activities for children aged 1-6 years.

You have high energy and are responsible; you thrive working goal-oriented in a tight-knit group that collaborates. As a person, you focus heavily on quality and development, you like being challenged, and you view challenges positively.
