Therefore, we are now looking for a nurse assistant/receptionist for a fixed-term position of 60–80% for six months, with good opportunities for extension.

We are a private eye clinic in central Kungsbacka with high ambitions, short decision-making paths, and a strong focus on quality, service, and job satisfaction. Here, you can expect a varied role that combines patient-oriented work with administrative tasks. The practice includes both clinic visits and outpatient treatments such as cataract surgery, eyelid surgery, and injection treatments.

About the position

As a nurse assistant/receptionist, you are an important part of both the patient experience and the daily work at the clinic. The role is varied and includes both patient-oriented tasks and administrative and coordinating efforts.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Pre-examinations and patient preparations before doctor visits.
• Handling of medical technical equipment.
• Reception of patients at the front desk as well as contact via phone and other communication channels.
• Booking, rescheduling, and coordinating visits in the medical record system Webdoc.
• Administrative tasks, payments, and simpler invoice handling.
• Planning and coordination for a well-functioning patient flow between the clinic and surgical operations.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained nurse assistant.
• Has experience in reception work.
• Has experience from eye care or other specialist clinics (preferred).
• Is technically interested and comfortable with digital systems.
• Has a professional, service-oriented, and warm approach.
• Thrives working both independently and together with others.
• Is flexible, structured, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
