As a Live Agent at Fortnox, you work to support entrepreneurs and accounting firms in their daily work. You handle incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email, helping customers with questions related to, among other things, supplier invoices, approval workflows, and payments.

During the initial period in the role, the focus will primarily be on telephony to ensure you have a secure start and learn the systems thoroughly. Afterward, you will gradually work more broadly with more channels and more complex cases.

You will work with, among other things:

• Support via phone, chat, and email
• Questions related to supplier accounting and payment flows
• Guiding customers through Fortnox's various functions and services
• Administrative tasks related to customer cases
• Creating a positive customer experience in every interaction

You will become part of an engaged team with close collaboration and a strong focus on development, quality, and customer service. The role suits you if you enjoy customer contact and are motivated by solving problems and helping others.

This is a direct recruitment, meaning StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process, but you will be directly employed by Fortnox. The position is full-time starting August 24th, with working hours during standard office hours.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is curious, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role with significant customer contact. You have a calm and professional demeanor and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. You are adaptable and able to quickly adjust to new working methods and conditions.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Experience in service, customer support, retail, sales, or another service profession
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Good computer skills and an aptitude for learning new systems
• Interest in economics and entrepreneurship

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with customer contact via phone
• Economic education at the upper secondary or university level
• Previous experience in support work

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, where engagement, a service mindset, and the desire to develop are highly valued. As part of the selection process, we ask you to complete the ADEPT-15 personality test, which is available in your profile.
